Do you exercise whenever and wherever you can? You can even exercise while sitting down! This workout is especially helpful for seniors, but you can still try it for yourself if you want to add some activity in your day.

 

Grab a chair and get your heart rate up! Just remember, movement is medicine and you can always incorporate exercising throughout your day – no excuses!
